Kim’s Academy Shirts Are Again Available for Pre-Order – 1 Week Only!
By popular demand, Kim’s Academy shirts are again available for order, but for 1 week only! If you missed your opportunity the first time around you have a week to order!

Grandmaster Kim has also authorized the “summer uniform” to be worn this summer, starting in June. The summer uniform includes your dobak pants, belt, and a Kim’s Academy t-shirt. Get your order in now so you can receive your t-shirt in time to wear it to class this summer!
Board Holding and Breaking Seminar
One of the requirements for passing a belt test is to perform a break of one or more boards using a foot or hand technique. A successful break relies on understanding the proper breaking techniques. Equally important is understanding the proper techniques for holding the boards. Kim’s Academy is offering a workshop to demonstrate these techniques.
When: Saturday, July 15th, 2023 from 1:00 – 2:30pm
Location: Kim’s Academy Main School, located at 1617 S. Longfellow in Wichita, KS
Cost: Free to attend; optional fee of $2 per board if you want to break real boards.
Event is open to all Kim’s Academy students. Black and Red belts are strongly encouraged to attend.
We need instructors to attend to assist with training and to bring re-breakable boards if you have them. You can download a flier for the event here.
